Often people think they know exactly where they want to be and what they want to be in just to find out that after viewing properties they were wrong! You won't know unless you look and I encourage my buyer's to keep an open mind when begining to view homes.

When you find "THE ONE"or make the decisionto build the on, i will submit an Offer to Purchase  with suitable terms and fair pricing on your behalf. We will then  negotiate with the seller/builder for the best deal. This phase can take hours to days so it is important to stay calm. cool and collected as the end is near.

Once your offer has been accepted you will begin the process to finalize your mortgage, complete inspections, sign paperwork with your lawyer, and get the keys to your new home.
